The decoration of our bottles is handcrafted and the products are subject to existing stock.

The delivery time can vary between one to four weeks, depending on the number of existing orders.

In case of product unavailability or out of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order, with the right to a refund of the respective amount paid.

Present Bottle only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, so it cannot guarantee the availability of the items, until the beginning of said processing.

 Present Bottle is not responsible for delays in orders by distributors.
